Located at an altitude of 1700 meters, our recently renovated family house is located in the hamlet of Chalp d'Arvieux and has a private fenced garden. It has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 7 people.
On the ground floor, on one level, our house has an open living space with its functional equipped kitchen, a bedroom with its adjoining bathroom, toilets, a south-facing veranda and a cellar.
Upstairs, after taking a spiral staircase, you have two bedrooms, a hallway with a dressing room, a bathroom and toilets.

On the ground floor, a room (2 sleeps) has a double bed (160*200).
Then upstairs, two bedrooms (5 sleeps) with a double bed (160*200) and three single beds (90*200).

OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES
Larch trees will welcome you under their shade for a moment of rest. Path trails leave not far from the house in the hamlet of La Chalp, up to you to explore them with hiking shoes ou ski racket. The ski resort is a familiy-friendly one, reachable by 5 minutes by foot.
Whenever you may come, a calm atmosphere and forest landscapes will always be there.
Our house is located in the Queyras Natural Regional Park. Arvieux has several hamlets: Les Escoyères, Villargaudin, Les Moulins, Le Pasquier, Les Maisons, le Coin d’Arvieux, La Chalp and finally Brunissard.
Leaving Guillestre, driving in the gorges of the Guil River is always spectacular. Then, around a bend, the Fort of Château-Queyras stands, a beautiful heritage from an era of French Hautes Alpes. Each village has its charm like Abriès, Aiguilles, Ceillac, Molines, Ristolas and Saint-Véran.
The Great Alpine Road goes through the mythical Col Izoard and the Casse Déserte. Depending on the day light, the landscapes offer stunning panoramas. Driving towards Briançon, the Napoleon Farm will welcome you and you will be able to admire the other side of the pass.
